The child death has been a tradition for many years. This oral narrative will keep you entertained with a story about how children were prepared when they died , what people used to do, and what happened to the children at the Hacienda.

INTERACTIVE ACTIVITY: Souls like you and me. by: Emilia Camarena and Martha Domínguez

This will be a unique occurence where you will experience how the attendees at a wake used to play and entertain themselves without using their sense of sight.. you will learn about the different capacities people have to appreciate the Day of the Dead and its rituals and traditions such as the one of the Child Death.

INTERACTIVE ACTIVITY: Wings, what do I need you for? by: Zoológico Guadalajara

An interesting workshop about how birds fly (similar to angels) and what they do when their young die . Specialists about birds, their flight, the different shapes of their feathers and the birds´ role in our Maya region, will explain why these creatures look like angels with wings and why we must protect them.
