''The Soul of Carrillo Puerto'' Charanga from FCP

The Felipe Carrillo Puerto Charanga plays lively folk rhythms and the happy beat of the music becomes contagious. This music, born out of regional rhythms, european songs and the ancient expressions of the musical soul of the Maya people, will bring everyone to their feet.

The Charanga is also known, mainly in Europe, as a fanfare band, referring to a small group of musicians whose purpose is to entertain at celebrations and special gatherings. They generally play popular songs with playful lyrics in keeping with the event's location.
