Important Information

You must arrive 20 minutes before the events at Main Venues, like Salon Hacienda, Open Theater, La Isla, Ballgame Court and Gran Tlachco Theater during all the days of the festival, as your reservation is subject to the capacity of the theater.

There aren’t reserved seats at Small Venues such as Guadalupe Chapel, Esplanade, Main Plaza, Jungle Trail and Mayan Village.

Prices valid only for children and adults from Zacatecas, Quintana Roo, Campeche or Yucatán with an official ID (IFE or INE, driver license or FM3. For children: CURP or school credentials).

Children under 4 years old get free admission. From 5 to 11 years old get half off the adult ticket price (must show ID at the ticket office of the Park); 12 years of age and older pay full price. Children over 4.5 ft but under 12 years of age, must present an ID to verify their age.
